Gray Chenier is a couture fashion house; Meaning some of our items are made to order. The turnaround times may vary, depending on what it is you order. We source our one of a kind material’s from all around the world. We take pride in creating exceptional clothing; using some of the highest quality materials available. All leather’s are from a privately owned factory in Italy!
PROSESSING TIMELINE
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery options will be calculated and displayed at the time of check out. We offer shipping services with UPS and USPS. International shipping rates will apply; if you are ordering from outside of the USA.
SHIPPING CONFORMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active as soon as your time package is shipped! All fees imposed during or after shipping; are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
